Payment
After registration via the Registration page at this website, you can transfer your registration fee to our bank account. A confirmation email will only be sent to the emailaddress you gave in the registration module after we received the registration fee.

Registration fees
30 EUR: Participation to the scientific talks, lunch, coffee breaks, dinner on Thursday/Friday, party on Friday.

International students
Scholarships are all taken.
A limited number of scholarships are available for international PhD students intending to attend the symposium. The Organizing Committee will reimburse travel and lodging expenses for up to 50 students, which would give you the opportunity to attend the VIB International PhD Student Symposium at minimum cost!
Please keep your original receipts and send them to the Organizing Committee afterwards.
If you were selected, we will pay your lodging (maximum 3 nights), travel costs (maximum 250 EUR), and participation to the two-day or three-day symposium (including lunch/dinner/party).
Upon selection, we will ask you to pay a 100 EUR fee in advance. This amount and your travel expenses (max. 250 EUR) will be reimbursed after the symposium. In case you do not show up for the symposium, we will keep this amount to cover reservation costs. We will send you an email with all the details for the bank transfer upon selection.
